Rachel has been working with Clerksroom since 2017, training and guiding the barristers and management on their LinkedIn strategies, writing compelling and differentiated online profiles, and helping to strengthen the overall brand and the generation of new instructions.
Rachel was a practising Solicitor for 15 years within both large city firms and regional practices. During her legal career, Rachel became involved in the marketing work that was being undertaken by the various firms in which she worked and quickly discovered that effective marketing could deliver exceptional results for all legal professionals. As a result, she decided to pursue a full-time career in marketing and business development, predominantly focused on the legal sector.
Rachel is excellent at juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines, and because of her unique background, she is able to offer proven, reliable advice to the team.
Rachel has won two national awards and two regional business awards in recognition of her expertise and commitment to helping others succeed. She has been featured in a number of legal publications including the Solicitors Journal, Sole Practitioners Group Journal SOLO magazine, CILEx Regulation, etc. She has also been asked to present at events hosted by the Employment Lawyers Association, the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, Standing Conference of Mediation Advocates, and the Sole Practitioners Group, etc.
On a personal note...
Married with two children, Rachel loves to spend time with her family and also has a great love of gardening, being a regular visitor to Royal Horticultural Society's garden at Wisley. Rachel also runs two separate marketing businesses and has worked with over 1,000 businesses and law firms, nationally and internationally, delivering bespoke and effective marketing and business development advice.
