I am a recently retired solicitor having spent my working life working in litigation ad dispute resolution... as well as rising through the firm to become senior partner.

I have experience of both face to face and remote mediations.  I believe that I bring a conciliatory approach to all mediations, looking for resolution and satisfaction for the parties.  Nobody is "right" or "wrong" and the focus is on how to resolve issues rahter than how they arose.

I am able to travel nationwide and generally have good availability.

Past mediation experience includes: -

• Inheritance (Provision for Family & Dependents) Act 1975 claims.
• Issues relating to the terms of a "private loan" used to purchase property
• A dispute between "new" and "old" trustees and a former executive committee as to who were actually trustees
• A dispute between neighbours over right of light involving cross allegations of nuisance/harrassment
• A complex tripartite mediation involving issues relating to the non-execution of a deed of trust
