Andrew Gardner is a Chartered Surveyor based in Cardiff with 37 years of comercial property and land experience. He is Managing Director of Cooke & Arkwright, one of Wales's largest independent practices, formed over 120 years ago.
Experienced commercial valuer and expert witness, professional negligence claims relating to property, development, options, lease advisory - rent reviews and lease renewals. Expert winess in independent expert, arbitration and high court disputes, plannng inquiries and public sector property consultancy.
He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, an RICS Registered Valuer and an Accredited RICS Evaluative Mediator, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. He is a registered mediator with the CMC and Qualified Mediator with the International Mediaton Institue.
Andrew Gardner is an experienced equestrian able to support parties in equestrian disputes. Former Director of British Dressage and Director of British Dressage Judges. Former Member of British Horse Society Dressage Committee and former Chairman of International Secection. He is an international dressage judge having officiated at multiple World Young Horse Championships, multiple Eurpoean Championships, World Cup Finals, World Championships and Olympic Games. He has recently retired from the world governing body - the International Equestrian Federation's (FEI) dressage committee where he was the worldwide international judges' representative.
