2. FINANCE: Investment banking and corporate finance knowledge gained at HSBC James Capel, Granville Baird, Coutts NatWest and (since 2003) Palace Ventures. Authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Accredited Member of: the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (CISI), the Corporate Finance Faculty of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAEW) and the Enterprise Investment Scheme Association (EISA).

3. BUSINESS: Founder and/or director of several growth companies in media, sport and technology (including telecoms and medical devices), working in London, Exeter and Glasgow.

4. MEDIATION: Qualified mediator and fully accredited Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb); member of the Civil Mediation Council (CMC)
