Beatrice Barbier-Brice

Beatrice started her career as a commercial lawyer (“Avocat”) in Paris in 1997. She holds a Diploma in English Law (University of Kent at Canterbury) and a Master in International Business Law (University of Paris V).  She has great expertise in the drafting and negotiation of international contracts and managing commercial disputes, developed in part during her 8 years working as an associate lawyer with the international law firm Eversheds (Paris office).  In 2006, she trained as a mediator with the Centre of Mediation and Arbitration of Paris (CMAP).  Since then she has developed a passion for mediation and decided to become an accredited UK civil and commercial mediator, as well as a workplace and employment mediator with the London School of Mediation (LSM). She is a member of the Civil Mediation Council (CMC).
