Trisha uses a mediation approach that draws upon her 20 years experience working as a Consultant Nurse and Clinical Counsellor, creating environments that support discussion, inovation and, collaboration between individuals, teams and senior management. She brings to mediation a sensitivity and deep understanding of how people behave when in dispute and is able to intuitively engender creative ways to help people explore the alternative approaches nesessary in reaching a constructive resolution.

Trisha is a registered nurse, midwife and health visitor and has an MSc from the Victoria University of Manchester. She is a qualified Clinical Counselor, has a PGC in Clinical Supervision. She is an accredited commercial mediator and has qualified as a community mediator.
