Rob Andrews is an experienced commercial solicitor (qualified in 1992) with over 25 years experience of in resolving business disputes through litigation, arbitration, adjudication, and of course, mediation.

He is a keen advocate and user of all forms of ADR.

• Commercial contract disputes of a wide variety (terms and conditions/supply contract/joint ventures/co-working/agency/distribution/sales agents etc), and amounts
• Franchise agreement disputes
• Professional negligence claims involving solicitors, accountants, surveyors and financial advisers

• Claims involving allegations of breach of directors duties
• Construction cases involving TCC matters, adjudications and arbitrations
