Martyn is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Arbitrators and considered an expert in Landlord and Tenant
Easy to talk to, he draws his experience from 40 years in Litigation and also as a Commissioned Officer in the Army, his experience in UN and NATO Peacekeeping roles where such skills prevented conflicts locally.
Very flexible, he constantly looks for solutions with a strong "can do" attitude born from his life experiences where failure is not an option........always looking for the way forward.

In Office
Martyn joined the profession in 1973 and now owns and manages a very respected Solicitors and Litigation Support Practice with 98 staff as well as a legal training firm. Martyn has his own mediation suite at his office in Uckfield which is offered to parties free of charge for his mediations. He lectures frequently and is involved in the training of young Barristers on a regular basis.
Out of the office
He is an experienced private pilot and is also a Specialist Military Expert retained by the Army. He is a keen music lover, composor and tennis player.
