Sheikh Najam is an experienced Mediator and Mediation Advocate focused on Civil and Commercial Disputes. After completing a RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) Accredited Evaluative Mediator training prgramme, Sheikh joined the Civil Mediation Council as an Associate Mediator, and the International Mediation Institute as a Qualified Mediator. He can advise on both UK and cross-border Civil & Commercial disputes and covers:
- construction disputes
- property disputes
- breach of contract disputes
- debt recovery disputes
- corporate disputes (directors, shareholders, compliance, tax, insolvency)
Since qualifying as a Mediator, Sheikh has helped many clients in the construction sector, both as a Mediator and as a Mediation Advocate to resolve their disputes without litigation in court. This saved the clients a significant amount of time and money usually payable to solicitors, barristers and in court fees when the matter is resolved via courts.
