He is an experienced Civil and Commercial Mediator and has acted as Barrister Advocate, Adjudicator and Mediator on a wide range of construction, planning, land, property and general civil and commercial disputes both in the UK and the Channel Islands. His practice is focused on his areas of expertise, his previous experience as an Expert Witness and knowledge of the technical aspects and nuances of construction and property matters; In recent times Paul has been involved in a number of external cladding and fire-related safety claims both for contractors, landlords and building owners and has several landmark cases running.
