Wendy Banks BA (Hons) General Information Qualified as both a Solicitor and Barrister, Wendy is a highly experienced personal injury and commercial litigant with a passion for client service. She understands the constraints of legal practice that solicitors work under. Having worked in client-facing roles for much of her legal career, she adopts a personable approach to building rapport, understanding what both the client and the solicitor wants and how she can assist. Now called to the Bar, as a Barrister with Clerksroom Wendy thrives on the variety of cases she is instructed on and the challenge of successfully defending her clients in court. She regularly appears in County Courts as well as the Royal Courts of Justice, including the High Court. Using her client-facing, solicitor background, she adopts a ‘plain English’ approach to speaking clearly and keeping arguments simple and succinct so that judges, clients and everyone understands the legal position.
