Anthony Cutler General Information Anthony Cutler has a broad civil practice in commercial and contractual disputes, complex personal injury claims and costs litigation. He is based in London, but his practice takes him throughout the country. Before his call to the bar, Anthony practised as a Chartered Engineer in the offshore, railway and automotive industries. He regularly advised on health and safety, contractual and product liability matters. He went on to work as a management consultant in the engineering and service sectors, helping clients including Shell, BNFL, Rolls-Royce plc, AstraZeneca, GKN plc and Federal-Mogul to make the best use of their statistical data to improve their businesses. Because of his professional background, Anthony is able to bring special insights to cases where there is scientific, engineering or statistical evidence. Where appropriate, Anthony accepts instructions from the public under the Bar Council Public Access scheme, under a Conditional Fee Agreement and pro bono.
