Keith’s background in engineering and technical projects traverses ground and airborne radar, broadcast radio and television, music studio, corporate, entertainment, theatre, audio-visual, media and related industries. He ran a contracting, design and consulting business for over 25 years. Although having no legal qualifications, he has over 40 years experience in management, consulting, research and development, design and installation, ISO 9000, health and safety, commissioning and teaching that covers a wide spectrum in industry and commerce. His client list includes BBC, LBC, Classic FM, BT, Channel 4 TV, British Airways and RNIB. He worked in collaboration with a team of UK & USA systems engineers on the show ride automation and park wide communications at Disneyland, Paris. He was a lead engineer in the construction of Riyadh Schools, Saudi Arabia. Keith has worked in the UK, Europe, Scandinavia and Middle East. From design to completion, his innovative skills have contributed to small operations through to multi-million pound contracts with emphasis on time, quality and budget. As an inventor, he once held a UK patent. He has a unique, incisive ability to understand the bigger picture and think outside the box. Keith is also a hypnotherapist and psychotherapist with a practice in London since 2002. He specialises in helping people overcome fears and phobias as well as quitting smoking and weight loss. Fear of Flying is one of many conditions he treats, with positive results, for leisure travellers and for business professionals where frequent flights are an essential requirement. In order to achieve the outcome, there has to be a balance between empathy, content, process and, where appropriate, humour. Since qualifying as a mediator in 2013, Keith is passionate about the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) process - he can bring to the table a unique blend of creative problem solving skills and a role that utilises a systematic approach towards conflict resolution. Personal Keith has participated in many sports including marathon running, desert running and the annual Henley Royal Regatta. He and his wife, Bernie, take part in competition target rifle shooting for a SW London club. They are supporters of RNLI, Durrell (Jersey), Help for Heroes, The Scientific Exploration Society and The Sanctuary Trust (Jersey).
