Annette Barnes General Information Annette is an experienced barrister who is dual qualified. In addition to being admitted to the Bar of England and Wales, she has also been admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Ghana. Her previous prosecutorial work experience following her call to the Bar in Ghana, which had her conducting her own cases before the superior and lower courts has equipped her with strong advocacy techniques. Annette has a particular interest in civil and family law. CIVIL LAW Annette has developed gainful experience in the area of Personal Injury claims, having successfully represented both Claimants and Defendants in county courts across England. She deals with a wide range of Personal Injury cases arising from Road Traffic Accidents in small claims and fast track trials.
