Saima Bhat General Information General Information: Saima is an experienced and determined advocate who specialises exclusively in family law children cases. She has extensive experience in all aspects of Private Law and Public Law cases in all courts including the High Court. Saima is known for her sensitive and understanding approach to all her clients in particularly emotive cases. Areas of law Private Law Children Saima has considerable experience with all private law cases involving all types of contact and residence issues including intractable contact disputes, shared residence, international relocation and abduction cases and cases involving allegations of domestic violence, and physical, emotional and sexual abuse. She has significant experience dealing with both final hearings and finding of fact hearings. She also has experience dealing with cases requiring injunctive relief. Public Law Children In Public Law cases, Saima has regularly represented local authorities, children, parents including parents with learning difficulties through the Official Solicitor and grandparents.
