Anwen Walker LLB (Hons) Business Law General Information As a solicitor in a thriving practice, for over ten years Anwen ran a busy litigation department which conducted litigation in all areas of law including contentious probate, commercial litigation, general common law and personal injury. She was involved in actions for breach of confidence against a major national newspaper and in her youth arrested a ship! Called to the bar in 1992, Anwen has since specialised in family law and in all matters concerning children. Her family practice involves both public and private law cases at all levels from the Family Proceedings Court to the High Court. She has experience of dealing with cases from all over the world and of dealing with clients of various cultures and faiths. In private law cases, Anwen has represented clients involved in media exposure and the protection of children in that environment. She particularly enjoys acting for children when they give direct instructions.
