General Information
Gabriel (Gaby) is a full practising barrister and accredited mediator that transitioned from a highly successful corporate career as Business Executive and Lead Counsel to fulfil his true calling as a barrister in England and Wales.
In his previous roles, Gaby accrued invaluable experience in managing high-profile negotiations and resolving numerous commercial disputes with customers and suppliers of products and services across multiple markets around the world, the majority of which resulted in amicable settlements.
With a trajectory of more than 25 years working in large corporate organisations and supporting early revenue/start-up companies, Gaby understands the needs and priorities of executive leaders and lead counsels. As a former in-house lawyer, he knows how it feels to be caught up in commercial disputes with other parties and how time-consuming it can be.
Gaby is perceptive, astute, diligent, a skilful advocate and an exceptional negotiator. Clients can feel reassured when delegating these issues with the purpose of achieving resolution, enabling them to focus on their strategic priorities at work.
Gaby takes cases from business clients by appointment of solicitors, or otherwise qualified legal practitioners, finance managers and leading executives, on a direct access basis. He attributes his high success rate in resolving transnational conflict between companies to effectively leveraging his knowledge of the industries and the modus-operandi of companies, with his culturally diverse awareness gained whilst working and living in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the Americas.

Gaby has experience of working in a range of industrial sectors, including information and communications technology (ICT), consumer electronics (CE), mainly mobile devices/accessories, tablets, laptops and computer terminals, manufacturing and processing, software as a service (SAAS), including for legal operations, internet of things (IOT), logistics (3 PL, 4 PL).
Personal Interests
Married, a father of two and an avid traveller, the nature of Gaby's previous work has taken him to more than 80 countries and territories around the world. During his spare time, he enjoys photography (a profession that he embraced to help fund his studies), baking authentic Neapolitan pizzas and perfecting his recipes for empanadas (a savoury South-American pastry).
