Dravin has a significant amount of experience in employment law. He is a former solicitor, and, immediately prior to transferring to the Bar, he was Head of Employment at a large regional firm of solicitors in the West Midlands. He also worked as an in-house barrister for a firm of solicitors that specialises solely in employment law. Dravin has provided representation for clients in complex and high value claims, some of which carried significant reputational risk for the parties involved. He is also experienced in providing representation for clients at Judicial Mediation.

Personal Interests
Dravin enjoys working out with weights and keeping fit, and he can often be found at his local David Lloyd gym. He also has an interest in martial arts, in particular the philosophical aspects. Dravin enjoys reading, and he has several books on military strategy and tactics in his collection, including Sun Tzu’s classic ‘The Art of War’.
