Feedback

Tahir Khan was very organised and prepared well for the hearing. He called me several times before to confirm details and to discuss liability. We both agreed that the matter could go either way as there was a lack of evidence. Tahir was very realistic about our chances. He asked me to communicated with the client and explain that the matter could be a split liability matter. The client did not want to pursue a split liability offer and Tahir was very pragmatic and concentrated on the strongest parts of our case. He was very positive throughout but was also realistic. The hearing result was somewhat surprising and we and the client were delighted with the outcome. For a case that looked certain to be a 50-50 on paper – Tahir has successfully discredited the Claimant under cross-examination and this has led to a great result. He even managed to recover our solicitors costs in full – which was an added bonus! Tahir’s attendance note was of great quality and we felt updated throughout the matter. His communication skills are second to none. We thank Tahir and Clerksroom for your kind assistance with this mater
