Ray has a broad legal background covering probate,inheritance,commercial, injury and contract through to conveyancing, family .An understanding of diverse legal disciplines ,a quick grasp of situations and a natural empathy ensures that he brings a great deal to the mediation table where overlapping knowledge and understanding can help find the key to unlocking disagreement within a confined time frame, avoiding mistakes and misunderstandings where access to external resources is a limited option. 

In mediation Ray draws upon his skills as a communicator, comfortably putting at ease participants of all backgrounds and beliefs, coupled with a sense of humour and a large measure of common sense.
