A telephone conference I had with Counsel immediately prior to the hearing demonstrated Counsel had prepared the case in great detail. Counsel achieved a great result and I was particularly impressed with Counsel's overall conduct of this case. His views were very much endorsed when the papers were returned and I could not fail to notice that the trial bundle had been meticulously tabbed and cross-referenced.
