Samuel is a highly accomplished property law barrister with over 25 years of experience in this field of law. He takes great care to treat all clients with courtesy and sensitivity. Samuel aims to provide a high quality service at all times giving clear practical advice in the shortest possible timeframe. His ultimate goal is to present the client's case in the most effective and favourable light to try and achieve the desired result.

Accredited to undertake public access work, Samuel's clients range from commercial landlords and tenants, local housing authorities and other social landlords to owner-occupiers, leaseholders, social housing and private sector tenants. He offers legal advice, including at short notice, drafting of legal documents, advocacy and litigation, including strategy.
