We like to keep things simple. Our aim is to ensure our mediation costs are clear and transparent, so there are no hidden extras.

Not all of our mediators adhere to these fee structures, and the ones who do would carry out face-to-face mediations based on them being in their respective local areas. If you would like a mediator who does not follow the below fee schemes, we can provide a separate quote for them.

The above fees do not include the following additional costs:

Any additional agreed preparation time, if required
Venue hire :we can arrange venues in select locations in England and Wales. Please contact us for more information
Catering, if required (such as lunches/sandwiches)
Overtime (if the parties wish to continue and the mediator agrees).
If the parties continue into the night, hotel or travel costs may be incurred: that should be discussed and agreed at the time.
