Intellectual property (IP) refers to creations of the mind, such as inventions; literary and artistic works; designs; symbols, names, and images used in commerce. Our Barristers provide advice, drafting and representation before the various courts and tribunals where IP disputes are resolved. We also offer Mediation for IP disputes.
