Are you a Foreign Lawyer interesting in practising at the Bar in England & Wales?

We welcome applications from Foreign Lawyers who are able to satisfy the Bar Standards Board rules.

We have partnered with SL&V who can provide regulated immigration advice and support relating to a move to the UK. In addition to personal and family support regarding advice and visa applications, their expertise can also support the setting up of a new business in the UK and enabling sponsorship through that business. We have prepared a useful guidance note on making an application to the BSB for a waiver for transferring lawyers which is based on your existing qualifications and previous experience and no longer requires completion of the Bar Transfer Test.
