His personal injury practice encompasses accidents at work, slips/trips, road traffic accidents, low velocity impacts, credit hire and fatal accidents in both the fast track and multi track.
He has a wealth of experience in cases where allegations of fraud are raised by the defendants.
He qualified as a mature student at UCL having previously worked in the deep mines of the Lancashire coalfields. He has a well founded personal experience of, and a keen interest in, heavy industry, building, construction and engineering practices and their application to the health and safety at work legislation.
