David mediates regularly throughout England and Wales and has  been involved with a wide range of mediations, dealing with disputes about

- partnership restructuring and dissolutions.

By training and profession a Chartered Surveyor, he worked in both the private and public sectors in England, Wales and Scotland and has practised as a land agent and agricultural valuer for over 30 years. He is a consultant with Brown & Co, based 

 David's background in the property profession has given him wide ranging experience in dealing with clients and their disputes, as well as an understanding of how to find solutions to the most intractable of problems.
