General Information

Rebecca is often described by professional and lay clients in their feedback as approachable, persuasive and confidence inspiring . She is perhaps best described as a naturally confident “Modern Counsel” dedicated to achieving the best result for her clients and as such retains a very loyal and ever-growing solicitor base. 

Her main practice consists of Fast and Multi-track civil cases throughout the UK, appearing in the County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal.Rebecca has developed her Advocacy, Drafting and Advisory and client care skills over a number of years and prides herself on her clear, practical and compelling style.  Her main areas of practice include:

• Personal Injury- Road Traffic including Low Velocity Impact and Motorcycle claims. Occupiers Liability Act ,Highways Act claims,Employers Liability Claims acting for both Claimant and Defendant.Claims against the Police.
• Credit Hire
• Fraud - acting for both Claimant and Defendant.
• Employment- including Unfair and Constructive Dismissal,Redundancy,Discrimination and Whistleblowing.
• Direct Public Access
• CICA appeals. 

Advice and Drafting of Statements of Case within her area of expertise are undertaken with timescales agreed before each piece of work is accepted and undertaken.  

Mediation 

A natural mediator who is confident undertaking mediation in most areas of civil law.  Rebecca’s approachability, client care skills and desire to generally help parties work through their, often seemingly insurmountable, difficulties means she is widely regarded as a mediator who will go that extra mile. 

Personal 

Rebecca is a keen amateur athlete and particularly enjoys competition (of any sort) and surfing . She has three energetic children who keep challenging her mediation techniques.
