General Information

Louise moved to Clerksroom from 1 Essex Court Chambers where she spent 15 years undertaking work covering all aspects of Family, Probate and Property claims.  She is an established lecturer on alternative dispute resolution and public access accredited.
 
Louise is described by her loyal solicitor clients as great at client care, very ethical in all her work and has excellent attention to detail.

Louise is a visiting lecturer at UCL and SOAS on various aspects of civil procedure, negotiation and alternative dispute resolution as well as teaching courtroom skills to visiting lawyers on the Lord Chancellor’s Fellowship Scheme.
 
Languages include good spoken German and basic French.
 
Publications include “The Ethic of Care” U.C.L. Jurisprudence Review 1997. Louise was also joint author of the Family Law Section of the Bar Council Guide to Representing Yourself in Court 2013.
