20 years experience as a Chartered Arbitrator dealing with both commercial and consumer to business disputes by Arbitration or Expert Determination. Approx 200 appointments dealt with. Member of C I Arb Arbitration panels.  

10 years experience as a mediator in a wide range of commercail disputes. Approx 40 mediations undertaken. High settlement rate.
