Karl passionately believes that mediation is best in most disputes, often the least costly and most time effective approach and has developed his own style based on Fisher & Ury's 'removing the people from the problem' a new concept of MM (Mesites Mediation (TM) pending) which is based on the view that we should identify the cause or 'mischief' of a dispute and alienate it from the parties. His style is facilitative. He brings a broad range of experience to dispute resolution acquired from various disciplines, proven experience and problem solving.
Recovery of a valuable community Asset - Housing Association Client Published Feedback following the failed attempts to litigate the recovery of an important historical and community asset:-
"As a Gateway our priority was to protect community assets....the statue is an important part of our local history and we wanted to retain it for the benefit of our community...Karl used his skills as a Civil Mediator to achieve a resolution that was good for all concerned.."
