Intro

As a Barrister, Mediator and head of our commercial, chancery & property law group, my role is to try to ensure that counsel within my organisation are delivering the standard of service you would expect to receive. 

We are more flexible and we are more approachable than many other chambers. Martin Davies, our chambers director is happy to provide any information or assistance you may require at any time.

We hope our 24/7 telephone number (0845 083 3000) is one way we can demonstrate that we are willing to help, form part of your team and take a pro-active approach at an early stage where necessary.

We recognise that sometimes fees can be a real problem and in order to try and help keep it simple, we always offer to provide a clear estimate before any work is undertaken. Our aim is to ensure you and the client are informed of the costs at every step. We are also happy to work to a pre-agreed budget where that assists.

As the members of my group are uniquely situated around the UK, we are able to provide assistance to all UK courts, in addition to the London & South West courts where I am personally based. We are happy to offer mobile telephone numbers and direct emails for all the Counsel in my group. Many of those in my practice group are also qualified mediators.
