Once you have submitted your case it is given a unique reference number which is emailed to you as a confirmation that your submission was successful. The system is monitored by our clerks from 8.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday and once a submission has been reviewed our clerks will contact you by email or telephone advising you of the appropriate counsel for the task. Clerksroom Charity
Clerksroom are happy to provide this service free to all users. It is our intention to establish a charity scheme where we aim to request a £1 donation from the chambers benefiting from the scheme, for each case accepted. The Bar Council has confirmed that such a voluntary donation will not breach the Code of Conduct. The voluntary donation will be requested in December of each year and once collected; Clerksroom will donate 100% of the sum collected to a charity of their choice. This year, Clerksroom wishes to support the Scout Movement (1st Wellington Scout Group) and Wellington Football Club (Youth Squad).
