Our service is designed around your needs.  All our staff work as part of your team to facilitate a whole range of help and assistance.  It is the ethos of the organisation to offer a proactive service in our case management centre. All our meeting centres offer a central point of contact for barristers and mediators for advocacy or advice, whatever your budget.  Our services are offered on a local, national and international basis providing a solution for your clients, large or small.

Our meeting, mediation and conference venues are located in London, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham & Taunton. Our facilities are available to hire even where our members are not being instructed. Our Manchester centre also hosts a video conference suite.

Conferences and court hearings are always confirmed in writing at the point of booking and receipt of all instructions is acknowledged the same day by email or fax, clearly stating the hourly rate to be applied to the work or the agreed budget.

Clerksroom provides you with access to a unique group of specialist barristers, arbitrators, mediators and neutrals. The panels include retired members of the judiciary, Queen’s Counsel and other leading practitioners, all specialists in their own fields of law and advocacy.

We take a flexible approach to fees, charging standard CPR rates for Fast Track matters. Multi-Track matters are agreed on an ad-hoc basis and small claims are undertaken for the fee you propose.
